What happens after I make a report?

Once you submit your report to the Ethics Helpline, your matter will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate team for research.

You will be able to check the status of your case at anytime. If you have no additional information to add at that time, we encourage you to check the status of your case at least weekly.

You will be provided an Access Code and create your password.  You will need both of these pieces to continue to access your report.
